This Privacy Policy explains how Aero Session ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the Aero Session mobile application and related services (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to the practices described here.

- Account details — your name, email address, phone number, and password (stored only as a secure, one-way hash).
- Profile information — display name, timezone, and, for trainers, an optional bio.
- Coaching data — clients, sessions, availability, and session packages you create or that relate to you.

- Usage and device data — basic technical information needed to operate and secure the Service (for example, log data and app interactions).
2. How we use your information
- To create and manage your account and provide the Service's features (scheduling, packages, notifications).
- To connect trainers and clients through invitations.
- To send transactional messages such as password-reset codes and invitations.
- To secure the Service, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot problems.
- To comply with legal obligations.
3. How information is shared
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only:
- Between connected users — a trainer and a linked client can see the shared information necessary to schedule and manage sessions.
- With service providers — trusted vendors that host our infrastructure and deliver email on our behalf, bound by confidentiality obligations.
- For legal reasons — when required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security.
4. Data retention
We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You can request deletion of your account at any time (see below). Some records may be retained for a limited period where required for legal, accounting, or security purposes.

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encrypted transport, hashed passwords, and role-based access controls. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information.
